tableplus Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tableplus ("tableplus," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tableplus website located at https://tableplus.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the tableplus Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tableplus Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and tableplus.

To register and use the tableplus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as governed by applicable regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tableplus or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the tableplus Platform or any other gambling platform for violations of terms or applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

tableplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by tableplus may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at tableplus's sole discretion subject to applicable regulations.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the tableplus Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering your tableplus account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. tableplus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

tableplus operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered name)

tableplus reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may be suspended.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tableplus login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your tableplus login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your tableplus account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify tableplus support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

tableplus will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from tableplus that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your tableplus account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring. tableplus shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

tableplus accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your tableplus account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. tableplus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• tableplus does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• tableplus does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tableplus bears no responsibility.

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the tableplus Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). tableplus does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your tableplus account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. tableplus reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion.
• tableplus aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.
• tableplus reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

tableplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tableplus reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account balance.
• tableplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, subject to the original terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting game weightings, placing offsetting bets, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

tableplus's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or removed may contact our support team for review.

All games available on the tableplus Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

All tableplus slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by any player action outside of the game mechanics themselves.

Live casino games on tableplus are streamed in real time from professional studios. All live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, tableplus will resolve the round based on the game state recorded on our servers at the time of disconnection. tableplus's decision on disputed live game outcomes is final.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, tableplus reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. tableplus will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players of any such voided rounds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tableplus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the tableplus Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to tableplus support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the tableplus Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tableplus staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

All content on the tableplus Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of tableplus or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tableplus Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tableplus content without prior written consent from tableplus.

The tableplus name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tableplus. You may not use any tableplus trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written authorization.

tableplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

tableplus provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your tableplus account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the tableplus Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tableplus, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tableplus Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, game errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond tableplus's reasonable control.

tableplus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tableplus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tableplus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

tableplus collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the tableplus Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tableplus implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and tableplus cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

tableplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tableplus will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the tableplus Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and tableplus, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. tableplus is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
