In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of tableplus's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. As a general principle, tableplus retains player account data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. KYC documents and transaction records may be retained for longer periods where required by law or regulatory directive.

Self-exclusion records are retained indefinitely to ensure that self-exclusion requests can be honoured if a player attempts to re-register on the Platform in the future.

Where personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, tableplus will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our internal data retention and disposal procedures.

tableplus implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further two months, in which case you will be notified of the extension and the reasons for it.

tableplus will not charge a fee for processing your data rights request unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply.

The tableplus Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. tableplus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If tableplus becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the minimum age, that account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

If you believe that a minor has registered an account on the tableplus Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

tableplus primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where tableplus uses cloud infrastructure or technology service providers whose servers are located in other jurisdictions.

Where such international transfers occur, tableplus ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual data protection clauses with the relevant service providers that require them to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those applicable in the Philippines.

tableplus reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, tableplus will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
